Background overview
Located in the heart of High Wycombe, the Eden Centre is a prime retail destination serving an affluent commuter population. When Progressive Outdoor sought to expand its DOOH network in this high-footfall location, EcoVista was engaged to deliver a complete solution – from early planning to long-term operational support.
The project is the latest in a series of successful collaborations between EcoVista and Progressive Outdoor, underlining a trusted relationship built on turnkey delivery, service transparency and a shared commitment to premium quality.

Clients challenge
Progressive Outdoor identified the Eden Centre as a commercially valuable site for a new digital screen, targeting a key London commuter route. The location – mounted between two columns on the centre’s rotunda façade and overlooking a busy traffic island – required careful structural integration, architectural alignment and minimal disruption during installation.
Just as important as the screen itself was what came after: long-term uptime, transparent reporting and robust service level agreements that would allow Progressive Outdoor to confidently deliver for advertisers.
Our solution
EcoVista’s involvement began at the planning stage, providing technical illustrations, structural concepts and product documentation to support the application. Following approval, the team took full responsibility for the design, engineering and delivery of the screen and supporting infrastructure.
The bespoke steel frame was designed to complement the existing signage below and integrate seamlessly with the architecture. Due to the site’s complexity, installation was phased over two stages – steel first, then LED – and carried out during night-time hours to avoid disruption.
The display itself features a Daktronics DVX1200 10mm screen, selected for its proven reliability and visual performance. EcoVista also managed the electrical design and routing, overcoming challenges related to distance from the mains power supply, and provided a full condition report before works commenced.
To meet Progressive Outdoor’s demand for real-time accountability, EcoVista installed a high-powered remote monitoring camera, strategically positioned to give full visibility of the screen from a nearby car park. This camera, combined with EcoVista’s back-end systems offering redundancy and remote access, ensures issues are detected and resolved quickly – a core component of Progressive Outdoor’s commitment to service transparency.
The project also included embodied carbon tracking, further reinforcing EcoVista’s sustainable approach and meeting client expectations around environmental accountability.
The
result
With the screen now live, the Eden Centre has become a flagship site in Progressive Outdoor’s growing DOOH portfolio. The display not only delivers visual impact in a premium retail location but also represents a robust, future-ready platform supported by best-in-class service.
This project stands as a model of collaborative delivery – where technology, design and service align to support long-term commercial success.
